Hi everyone, I'm Sean. Growing up in Redding, CT, I discovered my passion for fitness at just 13 years old. I was determined to increase my pitching velocity and strength for baseball, and thanks to my dad, I began training three times a week. The transformation I saw in my body and my performance on the mound was incredible. That's when I caught the fitness bug.
At first, it was all about improving my game. But as I got older, I realized that fitness was so much more than that for me. It became a meditation, a way to find calm and clarity. The rush of endorphins after a workout was like no other high. I've always struggled with addictive tendencies, but fitness gave me something positive to focus on. It built my self-respect and kept me on the right path.
Over the years, fitness has taught me the value of self-discipline and given me the structure I need in my life. Four years ago, I started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. That took my journey to a whole new level. Alongside my love of fitness, I'm passionate about nutrition, traveling, and relaxing on the beach. I've also been practicing yoga for 10 years.
I have experience training kids, parents, the elderly, athletes, and people recovering from injury.
Coaching is my calling, and I can't wait to be a part of your journey to help you reach your goals!

Your initial assessment and first training session is FREE.
1) In-home training to clients in Fairfield County, CT area @ $110/hour session or $65/30 min.
2) In-studio training in Norwalk CT @ $95/hour session or $57/30 min.
3) Virtual remote training @ $85/hour session or $51/30 min.
